An anonymous Hillel teacher writes in:
An important lesson you learn as a teacher, is that when given the opportunity, one can learn in many different ways; lectures, books, internet, etc… and from many different people; scholars, your peers, your elders, and yes, even your students. The teachers of Hillel would like to thank the alumni who have taught us a lesson in commitment, courage, and passion. You were the ones, not us, your teachers, who stepped up and began the fight to SAVE HILLEL. Now, we are following YOUR lead. By your example, you have shown those of us who exceed you in age, that if you believe strongly in something, you need to stand up and fight for it. Thanks, alumni, for the lesson. You’ve done a great job in teaching us and we want you to know that we ”Get It!” We want to express our heartfelt thanks and respect, to the Administrator of this site. You have given teachers a place to express themselves when they had no other place to go. This site is the only forum we have to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The SAVE HILLEL site has become our lifeline. THANKS FOR THROWING US THE ROPE!

Okay fellow teachers.
We have now received the letter that we have a green light to be at tomorrow’s meeting.

Do any other teachers find it miraculous that just before this meeting we are told our vacation starts this friday? Don’t be fooled. We have been lied to and deceived. The parents of the Kansas school have been right all along. You must come to the meeting. There is strength in numbers.

They want to lull us into a sense of complacency so that we feel that everything is just fine and dandy so that we don’t bother to show up.
Everything is not fine at all.
We must show up!!!!!
