The school is mourning the loss of our beloved pre-school teacher Carolyn Levy z”l who passed away on Yom Kippur from Leukemia. It was just one year ago that she was diagnosed. She was 43 years old. She has one child who graduated and two still at the school. The funeral was yesterday.
The school sent out a notification:
It is with sadness that we announce the loss of Carolyn Levy, mother of Wayne, Todd and Sara, wife of Zvi, and longtime Hillel teacher. May those who have suffered loss be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

Our family’s deepest sympathies to the family of Carolyn.
I was blessed to have met her
And doubly so to have had her son Wayne for a student
In all things there is truth
In all possibilities is love
May the Levy family be comforted

To Carolyn Levy Family,She will be missed. She always had a smile. Carolyn always was ready to help all. Now our Hilllel Family will be there for your family.Chag Samech We should hear good things for the coming year.
